What is Going to Happen on the 29th of April?

The fear of the World being finish up is just fake news. Nothing is going to happen to the World that day.

An asteroid named (52768) 1998 OR2 will make a close approach to Earth on April 29. The hefty space rock has an estimated diameter of 1.1 to 2.5 miles (1.8 to 4.1 kilometers), or about the width of the isle of Manhattan, it is also being described as 'half the size of Everest'.

The asteroid is set to pass by earth just before 10am on 29 April, when will be 3.9 million miles from our planet. This may sound far away, but it is close enough to be considered a "near-Earth object" (NEO) by NASA. The space agency considers anything passing within 120 million miles of Earth a NEO.
According to NASA, every day approximately 30 NEO pass from the Earth daily so there is a rare chance of getting hitten by the asteroid.

You can see the Asteroid by telescope. But, for those without, you can actually watch the asteroid pass online, as the Virtual Telescope Project in Rome will host a free public viewing of the asteroid.

What's The Difference Between Asteroid & Meteoroid?

Asteroids are larger rocks that revolve around the sun just like Earth does. Asteroids form An Asteroid Belt.
Where's meteoroid is a piece of stone-like or metal-like debris which travels in outer space. Most meteoroids are no bigger than a pebble. Large meteoroids are believed to come from the asteroid belt. Some of the smaller meteoroids may have come from the Moon or Mars.
